Miku was sitting in the Hufflepuff common room when she had a sudden urge to wander to wander the hallways. Seeing as most of the other Hufflepuff students were some where other than the common room and none of them actually know who she is. Miku figured no one will ever know that she left the room. So Miku stood up and walked out of the common room into the hallway. She started to walk to the grand staircase. As she walked she started to hum a random tune that she thought would sound nice.
After a few minutes of walking she made it to the grand staircase. she decided to go to the top floor of the grand staircase. So again after some humming and walking she made it to the top. Once there Miku sat on the railing and looked around. She didn't see anyone around so she started to sing quietly and she slowly started to sing louder.

Yayoi frowned as Miku left the hallways. Yayoi hadn't seen her before and wondered where she was going. She followed the girl quietly, hoping that she wouldn't get in trouble.

After finishing her prefectorial duties of surveying the halls for wayward students, Anri made her way up the Grand Staircase, heading in the general direction of the Ravenclaw common room. Barely a few steps up the staircase, she became aware of two Hufflepuffs, one with blue hair and the other with a very familiar figure. The first girl was humming as she ascended, whilst the second padded silently behind, almost sneaking. Regardless, neither were prefects -- which meant that they shouldn't have been wandering around. Nearly catching up with the second girl, a name popped into her head. Yayoi-chan?

Yayoi continued to follow Miku, worried about her motives for leaving. Wasn't there a ghost around here somewhere that had jumped off the astrology tower? Unaware of the prefectoral follower, she continued to follow her fellow Hufflepuff, almost as a silent, unnoticed ward against any danger she might encounter.

Miku stopped singing because she heard someone coming up the stairs. She looked down the stairs and saw two figures walking towards her. She noticed that one of the figures was wearing a prefect badge. Miku quickly stood up and walked through the doorway behind her. she looked around and saw that there was only one way to go. After speed walking for a few moments she reached a hallway with more stairs. Miku ran up the stairs as quickly as she could, skipping every few steps. soon she arrived at the top of the tower. The door to the astronomy classroom was open and there was no one in the room. Miku quickly ran to one of the desks in the back of the room and sat underneath it.

Yayoi full on sprinted after Miku. That was the astronomy tower! Surely she wasn't planning on..... no.... NO! Another person couldn't die! "Hello?!" Yayoi screamed, bursting into the classroom. She didn't see Miku under one of the desks, and immediately began looking around for bodies at the bottom of the tower. Sending lights out into the night, she cared not if anyone saw her. Finding no one, she set lights into the room. "Hello?! Is anyone here?!" She asked, refusing to allow another innocent to die... Perhaps... she imagined it...? Yayoi fell to the floor, then seeing Miku, crawled towards her. "Hello...?"

Watching as the two girls suddenly began to dash up the stairs and away from her, Anri sped up as well. Reaching the top, she witnessed Yayoi disappearing into the uninhabited Astronomy classroom. Glancing behind herself, she wondered why they had started running. Aside from the three of them, the stairwell was empty. Shrugging it off, Anri entered the room.

One of the girls that Miku had seen on the stairs followed her up to the astronomy classroom. For some reason the girl started to shoot light out of the tower window.
What on earth is she doing?! shes going to get us caught.
Then the girl started to frantically look around the room.
Wait is she looking for me?
The girl seemed to have given up and she collapsed on the floor. Miku gave the girl a small wave. "H.. hi" Miku replied to the girl just before she heard another person running up the stairs right behind them. Miku quickly waved the girl over to the desk. "shh" and Miku pointed at the door.

Yayoi looked at the door confused, then heard the steps of their pursuer. Quickly she hide close to Miku. Whispering, she began to interogate the girl. "What are you doing up here? Were you planning on jumping off? Why did you leave in the middle of the night?" Question after question until she ran out of breathe

"Um.. well... I got bored and decided to explore the school, but then I saw you and that other girl coming towards me and I freaked a little bit. No I wasn't planning to jump or anything this was just the only room in the school that I acctually know." Miku was whispering as quietly as she could, hoping that their pursuer wouldn't hear them.

Yayoi sighed. "You could always talk to people... ask them questions... Could you not sleep?" She was much more relaxed now that she knew this girl wasn't suicidal. "What's your name? How old are you?"

Miku's eyes darted towards the door then back to the other girl "Well since I'm new I don't really know anyone and most people don't want to talk to me anyway. I don't really sleep much, I'm kind of always awake. Oh and my name is Miku Hatsune and I'm 16"
