could you not add their year to the housename? so it reads '5th year Ravenclaw' or 'Slytherin 1st year'?

Um, Violet is definitely a Gryffindor last time I checked. Unless she magically switched Houses at the end of her third year!

UGH and I just picked out the base for the Gryffindor group drawing but it only has five people. All my tears.
