Hey everyone! Thanks for staying with us so long! It’s October, and that means it’s time for your first activity check! Please reply to this post with the following:

A Quick Reminder


Some of us are busier than others, and some of us live in different time zones. It’s only polite to wait for the other people in your thread to post as well. Don’t go rushing on and leave them behind! We want everyone to have a chance to be involved.

Unused Accounts

Any account that has no application/character attached to it will be deleted by the end of this week. You are still welcome to apply for a character if you like; you don’t need an account to do that. This is mostly to tidy up members lists.

Events

I know you guys have been waiting for this! This month marks our very first events! Refer to the calendar below for what is planned to happen when. The only thing we ask is that no characters discover the Dementors before the attack itself. It’ll spoil the fun if one person defeats them all on their own!

October 7-9th: Pumpkin carving! It's time to decorate and get ready for Halloween, so some pumpkins have been enchanted to be extra-large for fantastic carvings!
October 14-16th: Hogsmeade Visit
October 21-23rd: Dementors begin to gather at the edges of the forbidden forest. Characters may begin to feel moody or have flashes of fear.
October 28th-30th: Halloween Dance in the Great Hall! Invite a date or go with friends, it’ll be fun.
October 31st: Still part of the dance event, Dementors attack! More details will be put up closer to the event.

Questions

Here’s where we get to the fun part! Along with your activity check post, it would be awesome if you could tell us what you want from this rp! It can be anything; password protected common rooms, a certain type of event, anything! We will definitely take your suggestions into consideration.

I feel as if Mimiko would want it to be dresses, but all my other characters want it to be Halloween costumes. Like Isa. She wants to be a pirate. Not that I have any real say in the matter.
