Isabela was so very curious about the Forbidden Forest. Obviously, it was Forbidden. That meant that there were cool, dangerous things hiding inside.
Anders popped his head out of her shirt pocket, and immediately popped back inside when he saw that they were on the edge of the Forest.
"Aw Andi, don't be scared. It's just a forest filled with reallycool animals." She stared inside, almost rocking on her tiptoes. She had to steel herself to go in, of course, but she began walking towards the treeline anyway.

Dusk was beginning to fall-- the perfect time for a spooky walk in the forest. Granted, he wasn't supposed to be here, but since when did Marshall listen to rules? It was just another one he had broken; something to check off on his list.
Marshall kicked a small stone out of the way, hearing it echo in the fallen leaves. Autumn was upon them and the trees were beginning to change color, dropping their leaves, creating a colorful carpet along the forest floor. He shoved his hands in his pockets, looking left and right. He was actually looking for something- a certain fl--plant. Manly plant. For a class.
"This is ridiculous, do we really need a plant for class?" Marshall muttered quietly to himself-- Not like it mattered, no one was around to hear him talk anyway, right?

Isabela heard a boy's voice complaining about... a plant he needed for class? That was certainly different. She looked off, and could just barely see him through the trees. Smiling wickedly, she decided to spy on him. This would be much more fun than simply wandering the forest alone.
She climbed the tree next to her and began scaling branches until she was right above him. She couldn't really hide herself and she'd made a lot of noise coming over here, but she was counting on the fact that he was too preoccupied to notice.
She paused, admiring the boy for a second. He was definitely older, but very obviously attractive. And he was a Slytherin, she was pleased to see by his tie.
~How have I never met you before?~ She thought as she leaned on a branch, staring down at him.

Branches cracked and leaves fell to the ground in a flurry... Of course this was all going on behind Marshall's back so, of course, he didn't notice. Of course. This manly flower was important! Wait... But grades and class and no. It's important---Much to his dismay. This was pointless and there was no way he was even going to find this stupid-- Oh hey, look, there it is.
A pink (It was a manly pink, okay??) grew off of a large oak tree to his right. Buuuuut crap. Upon closer inspection, it wasn't the right flower. Manl--No. No, forget it. It was a flower. He groaned, ripping the flower by it's stem off of the tree in frustration. This was going to take forever! And he had class five minutes ago! Whelp. Better never than late, right? He stared at the flower, as if that would magically turn it into the right plant (actually, it was a magical world. Not too far fetched.), but to no avail.
"Why aren't you the right oooooooone?" He complained , sinking to the ground.
((So sorry this is so late and so crappy >_> I finally got out of like... Busy week :I Homecoming is this weekend and tests are over, so I finally have more tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiime <3))

"Looking for something?" Isabela smirked, leaning across the branch she was on. She looked down at him and smiled. He must have been doing some kind of upperclassmen thing, because she didn't think a man like him would choose such an un-manly flower.
"I could help." She vaulted over the branch and hit the ground softly. "What are you trying to find?"

Startled, but totally not going to show it (No way, he was that cool), Marshall's head snapped up at the sudden voice. Noises (and okay, maybe voices) in the Forbidden Forest weren't that rare, but the voice actually belong to a person-- a student nonetheless.
"A stupid plant for a stupid class. It'll be over with by the time I find it anyway." He shrugged. No wait... He was supposed to care about getting good marks this year! The girl jumped down from the branch she was sitting on (How did she do that? I mean... I probably could, but you know... With a broomstick or something. Not saying I can't! Just... ... ... Nevermind. Whatever.) "Help would be appreciated." He could find the flower on his own, but if the girl decided to help, it may just go that much faster... Or, you know, get both of them lost. Hey. Whichever one worked.

"Sure." Isabela smiled, and preformed a quirky little bow. "Isabela Rivaini." She looked at the flower. It was a pretty thing, except for the color. She thought she'd something on one of her jaunts around the outskirts of the Forest; maybe she'd seen it sitting deeper inside.
Anders crawled out of her pocket and took residence on her shoulder, pinning the boy with his beady little mouse eyes. She mused that if mice could talk, Andi would be saying something like, 'You forgot me, but I'm not quite sure if I approve of him.'
"And this is Anders, my albino mouse." She smirked at him. "What's your name?"

"Its very nice to meet you, Isabela." Marshall laughed, amused by the girl-- No, Isabela's bow, giving a dramatic curtsy of his own (very manly mind you). "You too, Anders" He gave the mouse a little pat on the head with a light tap of the finger. "And my name," Marshall paused for effect (always works, you know!) before continuing. "Is Marshall Lee, but my friends call me annoying-- Nope, wait, that's just Barnaby. You can call me Marshall." He gave her a wink, handing Isabela the flower. If he had no use for it, it may as well give it to her. Girls appreciate that kinda thing, right?

Isabela smiled when he handed her the flower. She rarely ever got favors from people. She sniffed it. "Thank you, Marshall." She then stuck the flower behind her ear, and began walking past him, into the forest. "Let's go find your flower."

A smile crept across Marshall's face as the girl lead the way farther into the forest. People rarely laughed or even cracked a smile at his antics (the audacity!), so having a friendly crowd, or, you know... A friendly stranger for once was actually really nice. And hey, she wasn't bad looking and the flower complimented her ha-- Marshall Lee Graven, what on Earth are you doing. No. See, you're this tough, loner sixth year, yeah! You do not go around thinking girls are pretty. No. Bad.
Marshall rubbed the back of his neck, a habit that he usually hid, but happened to resurface whenever he was nervous. NOT that he was nervous, he was just doing it for... For old times sake! Yeah... That.

Isabela's eyes scanned the forest, but frequently found their way behind her, to Marshall. She was quite drawn to him, like a moth to a candle. She watched him nervously -or, it seemed like he did it because he was nervous- rub his neck. She cracked a grin at him, and then turned back to keep trying to fine the stupid plant. She was sure she'd seen it somewhere close to the edge, but she wasn't seeing it yet. And they were definitely getting deeper into the more dark parts of the forest...

Catching Isabela staring at him (what was he doing? Oh th--), he gave a sheepish grin, immediately lowering his hand. Maybe she just thought it was uh... ... ... Something! There's no way she know's it's a nervous habit. I mean, who would? I don't get nervous! I'm the cool kid, coolest of the cool. So cool, I make ice look hot! So coo-- Okay, Marshall. Shut up. Losing cool points, buddy. He absentmindedly kicked some of the falling leaves out of his path; Winter was well on it's way. The leaves were falling and the air was turning chilly; it would soon be the season of coats and fireplaces. Not that he minded, the cold was just something that happened every year, there was no avoiding it.
"Hey, are you sure it was this far in?" Marshall glanced at his surroundings. They definitely were deeper in the forest than any teacher would ever want them. And hey, it was the Forbidden Forest for a reason, wasn't it? So what? Did they just miss the stupid flower or something?

Isabela sighed, scratching her head. Maybe they had missed it. Well, at it gives me more time with Marshall... She thought to herself. Then she shook her head. What... What was she doing falling in love? That wasn't Isabela-style.... She couldn't help though looking over her shoulder and giving him a warm smile.
"Trust me, Marshall." She whispered, putting the strength of many different meanings behind her words, making sure that he could take it any way he wanted.
Wait, what was that? She'd caught a glimpse of pink in the shadows. She rushed over, pointing at the flower. "Aha! See! Told ya I would find it." She stood with one hand on her hips, the other pointing, her face cracked into a wide grin. "Man, see, we needed a Hufflepuff. They would've found this thing a while ago... Stinking finders." She shook her head.
Her eyes found Marshall's face again, taking in the swoop of his hair. She found herself blushing, and stared down at the flower again.
What... Are you DOING Isabela? Blushing?! What are you, an eight-year-old school girl?
