Belle steps out of Ravenclaw’s common room and into the hallway quietly; her steps and cloak barely making a noise as she walks quickly to the nearest exit of Hogwarts. She smiles softly as she steps into the warm light of the setting sun giving her skin a faint glow. She spreads her arms wide as if to soak up all the rays happily. A cool breeze ruffles her hair and cloak as she starts walking again, heading in the direction of the hut near the edge of the Forbidden Forest. As she walks her thoughts wander. She had always wondered what lived in the mysterious forest but she never had a chance to explore. Everyone warned her to not go there and their warnings made it even more tempting. It was like the forests in her books, full of mystery and enchanting beings. Tonight she was going to see what was in there that everyone was afraid of.

Anri gave a sigh as she noticed the second year approaching the forest--and her, consequentially. By now, she had gotten used to the fact that alone time was near impossible to obtain. Somebody would always appear for some reason or another, no matter how out of the way the location. Lingering just beyond the first line of trees, Anri resigned herself to a day with the other girl. Oh well, on the bright side this meant getting to know one of her housemates.

Belle approached the first line of trees and gave a happy sigh, the moon cast a gentle glow in some areas of the forest floor and lit her new-found path. She looked around her carefully to make sure that there was no threats in the surrounding area and she spotted a shadow that looked human. "Is anyone there? Show yourself." She half drew her wand to provide herself with a defense if someone, or something, attacked her.

Lifting her hands with palms facing forwards, Anri stepped out of the shadows. "It's just me." Feeling sheepish, she continued quietly, "Are you looking for something?" The bookish second-year was one of the last she had ever expected to approach the Forbidden Forest.

Tonight was the perfect night to go stargazing while flying on her favorite pegasus that lived in the forbidden forest. She had made friends with the beautiful creature back when she was a student, and it was just a pony; she had gotten lost in the forest thanks to a mean upper-classman, and one of the tiny pegasus's that lived there found her and took her back to Hogwarts.
Rosalina had brought along with her a basket of carrots for her beautiful friend and was strolling towards the Forbidden Forest with her wand ready for any other scary creatures that lived there, when she noticed two students standing at the edge of the forest. Hmm, now what are they doing out here? Isn’t that dangerous for students to be out here at this place and time?… In fact, isn’t it against the rules altogether? she thought to herself as she began strolling towards the young ladies. Of course she wouldn’t ever want to punish anyone, but perhaps she could re-direct the girls.

Belle looked somewhat shocked to see her housemate in the forest as well and carefully replied, "I wanted to see what the big deal was and it seemed like a wonderful place to explore." She observed the other girl, waiting for her reaction.

Anri supposed that Belle, having been uninvolved in the incident with the wolves, had no reason to feel apprehensive about journeying into it's depths. Then again, the situation hadn't exactly deterred those involved either... the Forbidden Forest had more than just wolves after all. There were thestrals and unicorns to start with, and many more to be encountered. "I can't really stop you... but I'd feel better if I accompanied you." Wow. Great prefect she was being, letting a second year into the Forbidden Forest. Anri looked in the direction of the castle, and spotted a basket wielding figure. "Oh, it's Professor Rosalina..."

Rosalina had come up to the two girls rather quickly. “Hello girls.” She said calmly, “Don’t you know it’s against the rules to be out here this late? Especially without a Staff member? There are dangerous things in the forest, and you could be killed.” She was stern, yet gentle, at least she hoped that’s how it came out to them…

"I'd love for you to join me Anri, the more the merrier. We just need to be very careful." Belle somewhat froze at the approach of a teacher, they really weren't supposed to be out here, but it was so tempting.
She returned the hello, "It is rather late, but it is the perfect night to take a walk and learn new things Professor" Belle hoped she would not come off as rude, she truly waned to explore and learn new things; sometimes life experiences teach you more than teachers in a classroom.

A student who aspired to learn, she must have been a Ravenclaw, like Rosalina herself. “Well…” she was skeptical at first. “Hmm… We’ll call it a learning experience.” She mused, “As long as a teacher is with the students, things can’t possibly go too wrong. You will have to stay close to my side and follow me, but I’ll let you go into the Forbidden Forest and see some of the creatures in there if you would like. Otherwise, I would be forced to make you go back into the castle.” she smiled, "But remember, this needs to be a secret from everyone else.” She held a finger up to her lips and winked at the Students.

Belle beamed at the professor a spark of adventure and discovery in her eyes, "Merci Professor!~" She excitedly turned to Anri saying, "Isn't this great? This place has always had that spooky aura that screams adventure~"

If the professor was accompanying them, then they would be fine. Nodding, she smiled at Belle and then turned to Rosalina. "Ah. It's a secret." Honestly, what were the chances of something like the wolf attack happening again? Pretty low, most likely.
