~Character Info~
Name: Felicianna Vargas
Series: Hetalia
Gender: Female
Age and year/Age and job: Fourth Year
Appearance: Moderate skin tone, light brown curly hair usually in a ponytail, hazel eyes, about 5'7"
Personality: Feli is a cheerful type of person. She rarely gets mad at people, and doesn't always catch things first off. Despite this, she tends to be a more emotional character with a big heart. There isn't anyone she can say she hates, and it takes a lot for her to really dislike you at all.
She's also slightly skitzophroenic, most easily noted in her childlike behavior. On rare occasions, she will mutter under her breath to herself, in which case she's most likely arguing something to nobody. Talking to herself is also a result to having a mild multiple personality disorder. While she is usually a kind person, occasionally she becomes harsh and violent, with a completely different speach pattern. She named her other half Daisy.
Canon history: Happy-go-lucky, dimwitted North Italy
~AU Info~
AU history: Raised a pure blood wizard, Feli was alotted a childhood in which her parents taught her all about magic and everything wonderful about it. They made sure not to tell her about dark wizards or anything scary about spells, worried about scaring the girl (Her boggart would be a mean dark wozard of some sort, or at least someone who looks mean)
The day she was admitted into hogwarts was like a second Christmas to her. She bounced with joy and eagerly hopped onto the train at Platform 9 3/4 without thinking about the happy family she'd be leaving for months. Once the thought hit her, she cried tremendously.
Her methods for coping with not being able to see her family for a long time is to gather as many friends as possible and turn them into her little second family. through her first few years, this worked, but as the other kids grew older and more mature ahead of her, they didn't want to keep playing house any more. Feli still tries to find people to fill the gap with, despite being rather accustomed to leaving her family for the school year.
Magical Strengths and Weaknesses: Feli is rather skilled at lighthearted and simple spells like accio and wingardian leviosa. Nature and some transfiguration spells come easy, whilst more advanced and dangerous attack spells usually blow up in her face.
Wand: a strong cherrywood wand. It is just a bit over seven and three quarters inches long. This wand's core is phoenix tailfeather.

Felicianna bounced around her home happily, waving around the new wand she'd received the other day while her mother watched her and giggled at the young girl. Her father was upstairs, grabbing hold of all the luggage the young girl apparently needed-- despite a lot of it being really unnecessary-- and lugging them down the steps to the front door and out to the car. By the time he'd finished, Feli was more than ready to get on the road and go to Hogwarts.
Jumping into her father's arms, Feli repeatedly announced how excited she was for school as she was carried to the car and placed inside. She smiled through the window at her overcaring parents as they walked around the car and into their seats. They never really saw their daughter as anything older than four years old, and treated her accordingly. It was also a habit of theirs to spoil the girl, even if she never asked for anything.
Arriving at the train station, Feli skipped out of the car and into it straightaway, ignorant to her mother's frantic calls for the girl to come back. Sadly, she'd already gotten lost in the crowd, her only goal to make it to the correct platform and run to the train. The crowd of adults moved around her, acting as though she were invisible; they didn't bother to look down at her or ask if she were lost (Which she was). When Feli realized this, she turned around and looked between the dozens of people, repeatedly crying out for her mother or father to no avail.
Her father had just finished putting the luggage on the cart, her mother searching for her in the train station with a look of worry plastered onto her face. It wasn't until Feli decided to climb onto a railing that her mother could see the bouncing ponytail and start sprinting to her darling girl. Taking her up in a huge hug, Felicianna's mother expressed her franticness repeatedly while placing kisses on Feli's head. Feli returned the hug and cried into her mother's shoulder, only looking up as her father brought the cart to them.
Her mother proceeded to carry the preteen to the correct platform and walk her through the wall, the worry completely faded from her face as her child lit up at the sight of all the people and the flying paper birds. Cautiously, Feli was placed on the ground. Holding her mother's hand, she dragged her to a loading cart while her father took care of the luggage.
After multiple minutes of goodbyes, Feli boarded the train and waved to her parents through a window. The train sounded its horn and slowly began to pitter off.
