Personality: Mimiko is a very bubbly individual, and tends to trust most people she means unconditionally. However, she is a strong woman and gets very annoyed with people who don't live up to her expectations, or who do things without thinking them through. She is constantly thrust into awkward situations, and sometimes finds herself confused on what to do. She always finds a way out, sometimes with help, but there's always a feeling to lead her true.
Mimiko is very defensive of those she cares about. She can't stand prejudices, and wants everyone to get along. She also often has issues with authority, if such veiws would get in the way of what she believes is right. Mimiko's mantra is that she will always find a way for everyone to work in peace, without violence.
Canon history: In canon, Mimiko is a Compromiser, which is a human who works as a mediator between humans and vampires to settle disputes peacefully. Often, Compromisers get in trouble, and Mimiko is no exception to this rule. She makes it her personal mission to deliver two vampires into the "Special Zone", where they can live in peace. Mimiko has to bend the rules to let them in, but she has grown attached and ultimately ends up living with them and taking care of the youngest as a "mother-figure".

AU history: Mimiko was the daughter of a wizard and a muggle, and therefore a Halfblood. She grew up in Japan, but her family moved to France when she turned 11, and she ended up stuck in Beauxbatons. She hated every moment. No one tried to work together and everyone was their own team, their only thing to care about. She graduated easy enough, with the highest marks in Charms ever to come out of the Academy...
Mimiko opened the mail and imediately tossed aside three letters from Beauxbatons. Of course they wanted her to go teach there. Would she? Never. She knew how the girls acted there: She'd almost fallen into it herself. Maybe that's why she'd moved back to Japan after getting out of school. Also, it could be the reason she was still alone.
The last letter, however, was much more interesting. It was written in emerald green, and addressed from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. ~This good be the dream job!~ She thought to herself as she opened the letter.
Mimiko's boggart would be a group of Beauxbaton girls, teasing her.

Magical Strengths and Weaknesses: Obviously she is very good at Charms, but she is not as skilled in Potions.
Wand: Slightly bendy and very elaborate, oak, 9 1/2 inches, with a unicorn mane-hair core.
