Sosososo yeah... Are there going to be events here?
Like Winter Balls and something like the Tri Wizard torment? And what about seasons?
Do those change with our actual seasons, or rather, the seasons in England I guess?
And what about OWLS?
And will the students ascend to the next grade/level at the end of their school year? And if so, does that mean graduates, and if yes, where do they go?
Can they apply for teachers right away, or could you set them at first years again to try it all over?
And will there be kids that are held back?
So many questions, so little time P:

Are there going to be events here?
Like Winter Balls and something like the Tri Wizard torment? And what about seasons? Do those change with our actual seasons, or rather, the seasons in England I guess? There will be events; expect balls for sure, but not the Tri Wizard tournament; at least not this year. Seasons/time/date will be vaguely equal to our own.
And what about OWLS? OWLs occur at the end of a student's fifth year. You can have rps based around them but in the end it will be up to you as the rper and the players of teachers to see how your student did.
And will the students ascend to the next grade/level at the end of their school year? And if so, does that mean graduates, and if yes, where do they go? Time does pass; students will age. Once a student graduates at the end of seventh year, you have multiple choices: -have them disappear/go live their life/die. They'll be added to a 'retired characters' list, and you will not be able to play them again, not even for short times. You will get that character slot back. -have them work in Hogsmeade/at Hogwarts. You can play them just as before. Not much changes, except that they aren't students any more. -they can leave to have jobs elsewhere. You can still have the character show up for events or cameos. They might guide their younger siblings, for instance, or come visit their friends that haven't graduated. You won't get that character slot back.
Can they apply for teachers right away, or could you set them at first years again to try it all over? I'm not sure what you mean by this question; if you mean can a student become a teacher the year after they graduate, yes, but only if they're highly qualified.
And will there be kids that are held back?
I don't know Marshall, you tell me That's up to the player. You should probably speek ooc to teachers about this too.
I hope this answers all of your questions! I'm sorry, we're pretty vague sometimes xD Answers subject to change slightly if other mod gets home from work and catches something I missed.
