Masaomi, was too busy grinning excitedly to hear Fenris' last statement, and instead had shoved his finger right in front of his face. "THERE! THERE that was IT!"

Fenris shook his head, laughing again. This boy's good attitude was impregnable. And so, Fenris decided he would oblige the kid with a few smiles. He looked at it like a challenge on both sides: Kida had to keep him smiling, and he had to find a way to stop the smiles.

"GOOD, GOOD, just keep that up!" This was absolutely fantastic! If Fenris' could keep that up, then it would be no time at all til the girls would come flocking to their sides. Now that he got him to smile, they just had to work on his 'people' skills.
"Okay okay okay. Now. Compliment the way I look." Masaomi stated bluntly, completely deadpan. He either was oblivious to the absurdity and implications of the statement, or was choosing not to care. After all, this was practice.

Fenris blinked. "You're... a boy." The comment was blunt, but it was true. How could he compliment someone who he had no attraction to whatsoever?

Fenris looked Kida up and down, then sighed. "I can't do that. I'm not socially capable of interacting with a female, let alone a male pretending to be female."

Masaomi let out a long sigh. "Well that's obviously because you don't have enough experience, and the only way to fix that problem is with practice!" He gave a determined look and brought his fist down into his other hand like a mallet.
"Now," Masaomi looked at Fenris seriously before he looked away and started batting his eyelids. "Tell me how pretty my eyes are~"

Though he wouldn't admit it, since arriving at Hogwarts Masaomi was sort of....lacking....in the friends department...

Masaomi gasped and looked at Fenris with shock. "Of course! I mean for you to even suggest is just..." The look of shock remained.
It really wasn't a lie. After he knew SEVERAL faces by heart. There's just a difference between knowing a girl and knowing a girl who would be willing to let you practice flirting on her.

Fenris nodded, imediately understanding. This student was a transfer. Fenris, for once, probably actually knew more people than he did. "If you come with me, I'm sure we could find someone."
