Mimiko knew she'd probably upset Rosalina, and so she began to write a note feverishly on her notepad. Passing it to her, it read: "Don't worry: I'm working on him.", with a small anime-style winking face.

Rosalina picked up the notepad and read it to herself. She giggled and then slid it back to Mimiko with a smile. She then turned to Doyle and smiled at him, her eyes dancing with excitement for the two of them.

Doyle looked back and forth between the two women. Never trust two giggling, mischievously smiling women. Especially when notes were involved; that was so teenage girl! He cleared his throat and asked, "What?" in a way that demanded answers.

She refused to answer him with anything besides “Oh, nothing!” She giggled and looked back at Mimiko, “She was just telling me a joke that we weren’t sure was appropriate for males to hear.” and then back to Doyle, "You really don’t want to know.”

Mimiko laughed, obviously trying to avoid the question, but when no one spoke, she laughed some more. "Oh, students tend to make a mess of things when you teach them one Charm that levitates, and another that makes things bounce of you and other objects. But they had fun, so that's all that's important."

Doyle huffed. Fine, let them keep their secrets. Not like he cared. Shifting his attention, he decided to listen in on their conversation, without actually looking like he was interested.
