A prank was all well and good, but levitating someone up into the air was getting too dangerous. Quickly standing up, Doyle pointed his wand at Jim, and shouted, "Wingardium Leviosa!" As the chair was under someone else's spell, he didn't want to cause more of a problem by attempting to cross magics. He gently floated Jim down to the ground, nodding in the direction of Gumball, the Ravenclaw prefect, to let him know he had this under control now. And then he rounded on the Gryffindor girl, walking down from the desk toward her. "You, rainbow hair, what's your name?"
((ooc: yellow, you know you kinda god-modded amitola's spell? That might not have been where she was going with the prank, but it's too late now, we'll roll with it. Just for future reference.))

The noise around her was distracting, and she sent a glare in the direction of the rambunctious bunch. However, the floating Jim was rather funny, he made her smile. And Yellow's cute fearfulness was something that made her want to say "Aww~". She was a bit concerned for the boy, though; if he should fall, he could get really hurt. Then, Gumball stepped in, and Shion took comfort in the fact that he wouldn't let anything bad happen. Shion returned her eyes to her notebook, and gently ran a finger over the drawing. Oh, sis, I'm so sorry... About everything. I wish I could have you back.

Fai had planned on going to study hall...but really, he found trying to learn in such an enforced environment, surrounded by lots of students who really didn't want to be there, was simply counterproductive. His point was proven as he peeked into the hall carefully, finding books, chairs and people levitating, apparently unsupervised....he shook his head and after scanning the students for a particular friend decided to try the library instead. Even if he couldn't find mr tall dark and grumpy, he could at least find some peace and quiet to do his homework.

((ooc: I didn't think I was god-modding...I was just trying to respond, sorry to anyone I may have offended and I wasn't meaning to change the direction of the prank.))
Yellow smiled a little at Jim as the teacher helped him to come back to the ground. "A-Are you alright...?" She wasn't really sure who had done the hovering, but she was sure that Jim could have gotten hurt.

“Yep. It’s all good.” He smiled at her. Noticing her look of concern, he reassured her: “Don’t worry, I would have been fine if I had fallen too. I’ve taken much worse falls than that high.”

Gumball sighed in relief, settling down to do his homework again. The professor had it all under control, and he didn't have to worry. He sent Shion another worried glance, but didn't want to disturb her.

With a heavy sigh, Shion tenderly pushed the picture away from her, and leaned back in her chair. She didn’t really want to think about her home situation, but she knew she had to deal with it at some point. So, with a heavy hand, she drug back her notebook, and began to write to her dead sister.
“Dear sis, I’m really sorry about everything I did. It was all because of that accursed Hinamizawa syndrome, i swear. I love you. I miss you. I know you had nothing to do with Satoshi-kun, nor did any of the others. I wish I could take it all back, I do…” a tear splatted the page next to the last word. Shion hadn’t realized it, but she had begun to cry. Afraid of making a scene, she quickly wiped at her eyes with the sleeve of her cloak. “Sis…"

"A-Are you sure? It was pretty high..." She walked up closer to him, fidgeting a bit.

“Yeah! no worries!” He said rather confidently, flipping his bangs a little bit. “Thanks for your concern, though. Some people seem to have no concern for others though…” He said glancing around the room, trying to find the culprit.

Amitola bit back a laugh. She was trying to maintain her composure in front of the teacher, but she just couldn't help it. Rocking back in her chair, she burst into laughter. "Ahahaha. That's so cool!" Either she didn't notice that he had asked for her name, or she didn't care to answer him.

Gumball frowned at his book, but refused to look up and be distracted again. People like Amitola really bothered him. Couldn't she at least be respectful to the teacher?

Jim shot a hateful glare at Amitola after hearing her burst out in laughter. Of course it would be her. Who else would pull off a dangerous prank like that? Perhaps he would get her back later… just not during study hall…

Doyle crossed his arms as the girl burst out into laughter instead of answering him. "Yes, yes, it was freaking hilarious," he said with a deadpan voice. "And would it have been funnier if Mr. Hawkins had fallen at that height, broken a few bones, and was laying there bleeding from a head wound?" He had heard Jim's off-hand comment to Yellow, but he sent him a pointed look not to interfere.

Fenris pushed his book in front of his face. "Ami..." He warned. Not that he knew she wasn't dangerous. Not that she probably hadn't threatened his life several times. He rolled his eyes. Wasn't there something about women? If the hurt you or annoyed you, it was because they loved you? Funny way of showing it.

"But he didn't, and he's not," she pointed out plainly, waving her wand at the teacher. "I'm helping the people in this classroom bond. Nobody was talking before this!" She placed the wand lightly upon the table in front of her, spinning it between her index finger and thumb.
