Amitola couldn't help but laugh at the notion of him taking her down. "Take me down! As if! You'd have to be some sort of super, super villain! I'm unstoppable! And I'll have you know, I'm a third year. I've got this place figured out. Totally."

"Except, apparently, for watching where you are going, which, as a fourth year, I have noticed is a major part of getting around Hogwarts." He wiped imaginary dust off of his robes. " 'Totally' is not a sentence by itself. The correct usage would be..." A here he smirked, a rare occurrence. "I could totally bring you down, little third year, without the use of a wand or anything of the magical sort. But, as a gentleman, I tend not to hit girls. As a personal rule, I also do not hit those who deserve it, because I would rather watch someone else do it at a later time."

Amitola raised her eyebrows, stepping daringly close to the young man. "Oh yeah? Wanna race?" She glanced around for a moment before picking a remarkable tree in the near distance. "What about to that tree, there?"

"Race?" Fenris looked down at his feet. "I am not running. I am in bare feet. But..." He sighed. This was a most persistent female. "I supposed one race couldn't hurt. To that tree, you say?"

Amitola grinned broadly at him. "Fair is fair." She reached down and peeled her shoes off of her feet, kicking them to the side. "Okay, are you ready? On three. One...two...GO!" With a laugh, she took off, running as fast as she could towards the goal.

Fenris ran, but this girl seemed to be filled with the very wind. If he wanted to be poetic. Really, he was going slowly so that she would win. You catch more flies with honey and all that. It was only when he saw her turning to face him that he realized his mistake.Too late, he began to shout. "Miss, turn around! You are about to hit-"

Amitola ran through the grass, taking in the beauty of the world surrounding her. After a moment, she noticed that the male who was supposed to be racing her was nowhere near close enough. She didn't want to slow down, but she really wanted to know where he had gone to - So, she turned around for a quick glance. Unfortunately, in the time her brief moment of postulation had taken, she hadn't realized quite how close she was coming to the tree. Not a second after she turned around to see him, she ran smack into the tree, causing her to fall backwards onto the ground.

Fenris just stopped. Mid-sentence, mid-step, mid-breath. What if she died? Well, it might lead to some interesting rumors later on, but would Fenris really be rather known as the 'Tree Killer' then the 'Squib Kid'? No, he wouldn't. He ran over beside her. He head was obviously injured, and she would need to see the nurse, but Fenris tried to play it off to make it more comfortable. "Miss? Are you alright?"

Amitola mumbled something incoherent - perhaps it was something about Quidditch? In any case, she was definitely in need of medical assistance. She started to roll a bit, but scrunched her face in pain and decided to stop. The only (semi-)logical thing that came out of her was "I'm totally okay, but when did the fluffy purple dragon show up?"

Fenris sighed, and helped her into a position where she was leaning on him. Reaching out with his free hand, he touched the tree. "Win by default." He muttered as he began carry-walking her to the Hospital Wing.

Long after the lake had been deserted did Shion appear, dressed in her favorite navy blue one piece swiming suit. Yes, she had heard rumors of the mer-people and the giant squid, but rumors were just words that she didn’t listen to. After spreading her large towel out on the soft ground, she kicked off her flip flops and jogged to the lake’s edge. “Relaxation!” she cried, leaping into the water. It only reached up to her ankles where she landed, just enough for her to get a good feel for the temperature. “Oh, it’s freezing!” She shivered, but did not move from her place. No matter how cold the water, she loved to swim, she would just have to get used to it first.

Walking out to the lake, Anri noticed a few things. First was a large blue towel. Then a pair of flip flops. Finally, she spotted a head of green hair. "Shion-senpai?" she called out hesitantly. Why someone would be swimming at this time of year was beyond her.

"Shion-senpai?" Shion heard from behind her. She whirled around in the water, instinctively reaching for a wand that wasn't there. "Oh, Anri-chan!" She grinned and waved, suddenly relaxed. "What's up?" She walked out of the shallow water towards her friend, wringing her hair out. "You wanna swim with me?"

Swim? But she didn't have her swim wear... Then again, no one but Shion was around. "Okay." she replied.

Shion clapped with excitement. "Yay! A swim partner!" She leapt back into the water, paddling around as she waited for her friend to join her.
