The squid also grabbed Shion, and she shrieked, running out of air even faster. She began to choke, reaching for the surface, but she couldn't escape. My wand is on the surface!!! Damn damn damn!!! She was desperately clawing at the water, but there was no hope for her. She was going to die in this lake. Her vision began to blur as her lungs filled with water, and she grew weaker. Help...
She suddenly grew cold, but not with death; the wind was blowing, chilling her wet skin. She began to cough up the disgusting lake water, and that's when she realized that the squid had lifted her out of the water.

Anri felt her consciousness slip as Saika took charge. The next thing she knew, the giant squid was bleeding heavily and she was being flung into the air as it flailed in pain.

Shion gasped in horror as she saw Anri fly through the air. Suddenly, Shion was dropped, due to the squid being in pain. She hit the water with a dreadful smack! and sank deep into the water. She quickly returned to the surface, and swam towards the shore to get her wand. "Anri-chan! Where are you?" she called out as she swam.

She heard Shion calling out to her. Weakly, she managed to call out, "Shion-senpai..."

Shion glared at the squid, even though it didn't seem to hurt Anri. She grabbed her wand and aimed it at the beast. "Immobulus!!" she shouted, hoping to freeze the creature so that Anri may escape. She then ran into the water, motioning for her friend to swim towards her. "Anri-chan, Anri-chan!"

Cycling her arms furiously, Anri swam in the direction of Shion's voice. When the head of green came into sight, Anri grabbed onto the girl's arm and collapsed against her.

Shion grabbed up her friend quickly, hugging her close, glad that she was safe. "Anri-chan, I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry..." It was only then that she realized she was crying. She had lost so many in the past because of her foolishness, that seeing Anri in danger brought all those feelings back. She held onto her friend for dear life, burying her face into her hair. "I'm sorry, so sorry, so sorry..."

Half-registering Shion whispering apologies into her hair, Anri shivered and said, "It's not... your fault." She felt cold... so very very cold... "Do you.. know a Drying Charm?"

Shion sniffed softly, and rubbed Anri's arms in hopes of warming her a little. "No, unfortunately, but you can have my towel." She released the smaller girl briefly to grab her towel. After shaking the dirt from it, she wrapped Anri in it.

Pulling the towel tightly around herself, Anri looked at Shion and said, "Perhaps... we should go... to the hospital wing... for some Pepper-Up Potions." Shion had to be freezing as well, yet she had given the towel to Anri.

The air was chilly, but Shion didn't pay any mind. She only wanted Anri safe. "Okay, that sounds good." She stood up and offered a hand to Anri.
