This was getting rather confusing. First Marshall started claiming he was Gumball, and then Gumball declared that his first name was Marshall, not Barnaby?
"Um, excuse me, but I think that the pink-haired one was Barnaby." she furrowed her eyebrows, "But he has changed his name to... Marshall, it seems. The other one was Marshall, but he is now Barnaby B. Gumball?" That seemed about right, based upon what had been said. This entire affair was rather ridiculous.

"I...No, I'm Gumball" He flushed bright pink. Had he really mixed up and said the wrong thing in his confusion? "I'm still Gumball. And he's still lying." All he had wanted was a nice, quiet class for once. Trust Marshall to screw everything up.

Shion laughed at Marshall's joke; he was really good at acting. Unfortunately for the both of them, Shion had just been appointed a prefect for Slytherin, and knew her duties came first. With a deep sigh to calm herself, her facial expression turned serious. She turned to look at Marshall, sending him a glare.
"Ten points from Slytherin for your disruptive behavior. We're in the same house, Marshall, and I don't want to keep taking points because of you. Don't make me shut you up." She waved her wand menacingly, although, she really couldn't do anything to him; it was a prefect thing.

Whilst waiting for class to start, Fai had idly been leaning back, tipping his chair so that it was balanced on two legs and staring up at the stars, wondering where his friend had gone....was he not coming back? He was brought out of his thoughts when he nearly fell backwards, trying to sheild his eyes from the bright light, but ending up righting the chair with a thud and banging the telescope out of place. He blinked a few times when the light dimmed, blobs of light in his vision.
He rubbed his eyes a little as class began; the teacher was soft spoken, and seemed to start off well enough with facts but soon became flustered. The yelling boy at the desk next to his own didn't help - Fai enjoyed a good prank and teasing as much as the next person, but the teacher looked like she was going to have a breakdown. "Barnaby is the Ravenclaw, Miss....Starr?" he was a little unsure of her name...."Marshall is the one yelling." He would have said 'is a slytherin, therefore don't trust a word coming out of his mouth' ....but he felt sorry for the teacher and didn't think she could cope with a house war in her classroom.

Shion pitied the teacher as well; she seemed very sweet, and despite the bright light, she knew this class would be a good one, if only Marshall would hush up. "Professor Starr, I love what you've done with this classroom. It's really beautiful, and thank you for allowing us to use your telescope." she said cheerfully, hoping to perk the teacher back up. "Please excuse Marshall. I promise not all us Slytherins are pranksters."

So Marshall was still Marshall and Gumball was still Gumball?
Anri watched as Shion took charge and deducted points for Marshall's behavior. Shion was a very fair and responsible person, Anri decided. The older girl had appreciated the insanity of the situation but was not above using her wand to maintain peace. A blond boy who she vaguely remembered seeing in passing at some point spoke up, also trying to straighten things up. Looking at his robes, she realized that he was in her house.
"...Slytherins are pranksters." Shion had spoken again. Only hearing the end of the statement, Anri was confused. She had not known playing pranks was a character trait that many Slytherins had in common. Shion, at the very least, did not seem like one.

Well, that was embarrassing. Gumball stared at his desk, color rising in his ears, as Fai, one of his housemates, tried to help mediate the situation. He was relieved when Shion took charge and deducted points from Marshall. Maybe that would stop him from pulling such inane pranks.

Rosalina soon got everything straight in her mind, and began to smile. That smile soon turned into a giggle, and then a laugh. Oh, I understand who everyone is now! That silly Marshall was just playing a joke! She rose elegantly from her desk in an upright posture. "Thank you, Marshall, for making this class chaos. It wouldn’t be any fun if it was just facts, would it? Thank you Gumball, for unintentionally adding chaos to the class. Thank you Shion for stepping up and and being a responsible prefect. Thank you Anri, for helping to straighten everything out!” She had needed that, this class could have turned boring if it wasn’t for everybody in there!
She smiled, “Shall we continue? No, Marshall, it is not Orion; Yes, Barnaby and Anri, it is known as the Little Dipper. Now, can anyone tell me w--” She had started to ask a question, but soon realized that one of the students had accidentally knocked her telescope off a bit. “What happend here?"

Seeing Gumball's embarrassment, she lightly patted him on the back. "It's okay, Gumball, he's just being a Slytherin." She grinned and laughed a little, before the teacher began to speak. As the professor acknowledged her, she nodded with a smile. However, seeing that the telescope was off a little, she tipped her head to the side curiously. "It's fixable, isn't it?"

"Oh! Of course it’s fixable!” She responded to Shion, “Just twist a few things here and there…” She walked towards the telescope and started fiddling with it, constantly looking through the lens to see if it was in the right spot. “There we go!” She walked back to the center of the room, “Now… I forgot where I left off…” She started to blush again. The other teachers would understand, right? I mean, they must have all had a hard time their first day of teaching, right?

Masaomi couldn't help but laugh at the two. He did feel a little bad for the teacher, but, he figured she'd get a handle on things eventually~ "Well, if he gets to be Gumball," He affirmed with a gesture and nod in the direction of Marshall. "Then I want to be Anri~<3" Masaomi said playfully winking in said girls direction.

Marshall sank back down into a seat. Ten points? Making a night class just a bit more interesting wasn't worth ten points! If anything, he should be gaining points for Slytherin-- Not that he cared. The point system was ridiculous... He heaved a sigh, this class didn't seem that much fun anymore; even if the professor seemed pretty chill with it. Freaking prefects.
