Edge caught the paper and read Shion's addition. He thought for a second, then wrote down, "There's always the library. We could start whenever you'd like." He folded it back into it;s elephant form and watched it walk towards Shion.

She smiled at Edge after reading the note, and tucked it away in her cloak. She would ask him after class when he'd like to go to the library with her. For now, she sat back, and watched the front of the class.

Edge sighed as he saw Shion tuck away the note. His attention drifted back to the front of the classroom. He honestly wanted the class to start, his mind felt like it'd explode from boredom. He twirled his quill in front of him, silently praying that SOMETHING interesting happen to prevent his mind from going into a boredom-induced coma.

Noticing several pieces of paper whiz behind his head, Smith headed back to the front and wrote the topics the students had mentioned on the board, as well as the time periods in which they occured. Wanting the students attention, he intercepted one of the paper boxes leaping back and forth between the desks.
Laughing as he read it, he jokingly addressed Edge and Shion. "Well Edge, it seems like you and Shion have a lot of chemistry with each other. However, this is a history class, so let's hold out on the flirting till then, okay?"
He checked his roster again, noting less absences than before. "Alright, it looks like nearly everybody's here, so let's begin with something simple. Can anyone tell me how the founding of Hogwarts was related to the meeting of the Eastern and Western wizarding worlds?"
