Gumball was still lost some where in the dark with just the stars. He should have studied harder for this class! Although he suspected that wouldn't've helped him much, since none of the constellations looked the same from this angle...
The class was dragging on and he was starting to get worried. Had the teacher warped everyone else out already? He'd figured they'd do it all together. He tried to head back towards where they started.

After a minute or two of struggling, Fionna finally got the hang of this whole floating thing. With an accomplished smile, she crossed her arms. "Yeah!" Cake then floated by her head, meowing and wiggling around, trying to get a feel for the floating as well. Laughing, Fionna grabbed her kitty from the air, and held her to her chest. "Easy as pie, right Cake? Let's go!" She pushed away from her spot and out into the open, in a random direction. She saw all of her classmates there, and waved at Marshall as she passed by him, even though he was talking to some green haired girl. Cake relaxed in her arms and purred.

"Three!" Violet said, bringing their clasped hands to the star and touching it. The star blinked for a moment, and then nothing. She assumed they had to wait for the professor now. Smiling, she turned to Anri. "I guess that means we were right."

"Maybe. I hope so..." Anri answered vaguely. Thoughts jumping to the yet to be planned flying, Anri posed a question. "Do you wake up early? Mornings are the best times to fly peacefully."

"Y-yeah. Mornings are the only time the common room is quiet enough to get things done." She was so happy to be making plans with a friend. "When should we meet?"

"I was thinking maybe in a few days, Sunday morning perhaps? What do you think?" People loved to sleep in over the weekend, so Sunday seemed like a good time.

Rosalina looked up just in time to see the blinking star “Oh! someone found it!” She changed her direction towards the star, and flew there as swiftly as possible, excited for the student that had found it first. She realized that everyone had probably gone off in random directions, but the crystal ball was only as big as a football stadium, she could easily be heard by everyone from where she was. She called out to her class, “Everyone, head towards the blinking star!"

When the teacher's voice reached her ears, Fionna looked away from her vampire-like friend, and grinned. "Yeah, some action!" She drifted towards the blinking star as instructed, and planted herself beside the teacher. "This is awesome!!" she exclaimed, beaming.

Rosalina heard an unfamiliar voice beside her. “Oh? I’m sorry, I haven’t seen you before. Are you in my class?” She asked with a sweet smile on her face.

Fionna nodded vigorously, a soft blush appearing on her cheeks as she remembered being late. "Yeah, I am! I must not be very noticeable." She laughed nervously, rubbing the back of her head.

Violet waited patiently by the star, as she watched the other students and the professor floating towards them. As she saw just how many were in her class, a majority of whom she didn't know, she began to get more nervous. She fidgeted with the hair in front of her eye, hoping the attention wouldn't be directed at her for very long.

As the rest of the class finally came into sight, Anri breathed a sigh of relief and looked to Violet. "I wonder what the surprise is..." she didn't actually care, but the silence was crowding the air, and she really did want to get to know Violet.

“Well, nice to meet you, Fionna!” She gave a curtsy to her, admiring the young girls spunk and “can do” attitude. She faced the two girls that had touched the star, “We’re going to wait just a little bit longer for the rest of the students to meet up here.” She knew that the kids could easily get lost out in space, so that blinking light coming from the star should help the students find the right place.
