Edge shook his head. "No need to apologize. you were excited, it's understandable." 'besides, I kinda enjoyed it,' he added mentally. He looked at Shion. "So, continuing with the tutoring, I guess?"

She nodded, not meeting his eyes just yet. "Ah, yeah..." She looked over the pages that she recognized from class. "Uhm, what about this?" She pointed at a painting in the book, "The teacher said this was important, I think..."

Edge glanced at the painting and grimaced. "Oh, that." He settled into his chair a bit before he started talking. "That painting SUPPOSEDLY represents the first meeting of the Eastern Wizarding world and the Western Wizarding world. Truth be told, it's about as accurate as my blind grandmother. Wait, no, my pet dog." His grandma could catch a fly in midair with a chopstick. She was pretty accurate.

"Oh..." She pursed her lips. "Boring stuff." She looked up at him, her teal eyes half-closed. "Any drawings for this one to make it any more interesting?" Shion crossed her legs beneath the table, a strange habit she had when she knew that something would take a while. She honestly didn't really want to study right now, she just wanted to talk. But she had nothing to talk about except for this stuff. Which would be studying.

Edge frowned. "Yes, but I doubt it'd be very appropriate for school..." He shook his head. "I'm sorry, I'm just a little peeved about how horribly skewed everything is about this country's magical History." He sighed as he let his head hit the table. "It really pisses me off..."

"Inappropriate for school? So?" She grinned, until he suddenly turned serious. She blinked at him, her eyebrows perked up as he hit the table. "Why? People get history wrong all the time... Well, okay, I guess that's frustrating in itself."

Edge sighed. "That isn't the point. they portray the Eastern wizards- our ancestors, mind you- as ignorant barbarians who were privileged to have met the almighty western wizards." His hands balled up into fists. "It just doesn't seem fair..."

Shion thought on this for a moment, and nodded in agreement. "No, it really doesn't..." As if she were one to talk. But Edge didn't know that now, did he?
Sh lightly patted his shoulder, resting her chin on the table beside his face. "Well, we don't have to think about that now. We could take a break. Even though we just started..." She smiled at him.

edge simply shrugged. "I have my grandpa's old shinobi outfit, but that thing is moth-eaten and ugly as a troll. To be honest, I have no idea." He sat up slightly. "What about you?"

She propped her elbow on the table, placing her chin in her palm. "Well, I was going to body switch with Anri-chan, but now I'm not very sure if I should... So I really don't know, either."

Shion glanced up at him and nodded. "Yeah. Anri-chan's been working on a polyjuice potion, which allows you to do that." She leaned back in her chair, cracking her back with a sigh. "I hate to bail on her, but since we're going together, I don't really want Anri-chan to be uncomfortable in my body..."

Edge nodded. "I see. Er, hear. You know what I mean." He paused for a second when the realization of what she said hit him. "You have to bail because I asked you..." He suddenly felt incredibly guilty.
