Uhm...]" her blush deepened, "[Th-that I have... feelings for you.]" ,he looked up, eyes wide with shock at how mean she had sounded, "[N-not that I don't like you, you're my friend! It's just...]" She looked away, flustered. "[Eh...]"

Shion's face turned beet red then, and she shook her head, squeaking. "[N-no! I didn't think you liked me, I just wanted to make sure you didn't think it was the other way around! Ooohhhh....]" She placed her hands on her warm face, hiding it.

Shion puffed out a sigh of relief, and she could feel her face cool beneath her fingers. "[Ah, yeah...]" She gave him a soft, nervous smile, pink still lightly dusted on her cheeks. "[But, can we still see the world together?]"

She giggled a little, with a small nod. "[Yeah, you're right..]" Her eyes wandered back over towards the empty space, as did her mind, and she began to think of all the things they might see.

Edge propped his feet up on the table, calmly looking through his things for his ever-so-elusive box of...
"[Ah-HA!]" He cried as he pulled out a box of chocolate-covered pretzels. He happily tore into the contents. "[Want a pretzel?]" He offered Shion one of his chocolate-coated confections.

Shion glanced over at the sweet treat in his hand, and smiled, plucking it from his fingers. "[Thanks!]" She munched on it happily, but slowly, so as to enjoy it. This earned her a nice coating of chocolate lipstick.
