It was a chaos. Everyone was spurting spells from their wands but the wolves were a bit too much to handle.
With "Alarte Ascendare!" Watanuki sent a wolf into the air. He also used deprimo, diffindo, anything he could think of.
He saw another girl, covered in blood. Watanuki's face was filled with horror. Blood attracts wolves. He ran to her and cast the Tergeo spell on her. The blood was gone. He didn't see any visible injuries but he asked anyway "Are you okay? Are you injured?".
Watanuki panicked, even though he didn't look like he did. He couldn't bear to see those people getting attacked by the wolves. He thought hard, trying to recollect what he did before he woke up in the middle of the forest. He felt that it had something to do with this attack.

The scene was filled with violent flashes of multicolored light. Vaguely, she heard someone ask, "Are you okay? Are you injured?" She spotted a goblet. Her spell had worked.
"Fera Verdo." she repeated, "I'm not injured."

As Watanuki approached Anri, she knew that her friend would be safe. She returned her full attention to the wolves, and everyone fighting them. Fenris' sudden approach to them startled her. "Fenris! What're you-?!" she cut herself off as the wolves seemed to obey his howl. She looked to the professor in confusion.

Doyle froze, another Incarcerous spell on the tip of his tongue. Fenris, one of his Slytherins, had suddenly stepped out from behind the shield spell and howled at the wolves. Whatever he was doing, it seemed to be working for now. "Lower your wands," he hissed at the students; he didn't want Fenris accidently hurt by a rogue spell. But he kept his own trained on the boy in case he needed to get him out of the way fast. Next, he called out to Fenris, keeping his voice low, "What the hell are you doing, kid?!"

Without breaking his eye contact with the lead wolf, he whispered to the Professor. "Talking. Wolves have a language the same as you and I, it is just a bit more difficult to master." He growled again, taking a step forward and standing at his full height. The wolves packed a bit away, all except for the leader who bent his front legs and growled. Fenris copied the wolf, bending a bit and sweeping his arms back. The two were at a standoff.

As relieved as Fai was that the wolves seemed to now be preoccupied with the Slytherin, he wasn't taking any chances. Even when the teacher told them to lower their wands he wouldn't. He figured, whatever the boy nearby was doing might just annoy the wolves all the more, and he did not want to be caught with his wand down, so to speak.
